Many homes are sold through out-of-town real estate agents, and the purchasers end up buying a home never really understanding the neighborhood.

Case point:
I was recently attending a meeting at Sunrise Park in Abbotsford, a subdivision that includes a 15 acre  park that is owned by the home owners I asked the many new owners when they purchased their home did they pre-view the extensive  park with the amazing waterfall, the three creeks, the four bridges, the half-mile walking trail and the old-grown forest that was perched over a tall sculptured rock formation before buying. They all said no!!

So in reality all these homeowners sold a house only and they did not get any value for the Park that was part of their home sale.
