Since the inception of the Home Price Index in 1984 it was acknowledge by mixing all price ranges, home conditions and styles it would never be an accurate indication of monthly price changes but only a trend.

      4. How recognize certain market areas or price ranges that end up with overpriced homes and how to not get caught in the same trap.        
      5. How to use the Evaluator both Forward and Backwards      
         
  2. An Overview of Market Forecasting
    1. Is it your job to review the market forecasts.
    2. What is the Market Trend Index ( MTI
    3. How does cash move from community to community: eg If it is busy in Vancouver when will be busy in Chilliwack?
    4. The basic economic changes that effect demand
    5. A review of your CMA presentation .. role reversal
